B2B Shipping Policy

This policy applies to samples and wholesale orders supplied by Shenzhen Paphos Technology Co., Ltd.. It is not a consumer free-shipping promise.

Shipping terms

The agreed Incoterm, origin, destination, carrier, freight method, insurance, shipping documents, and responsible party will be stated in the quotation, pro forma invoice, or contract. Freight estimates may change until shipment is booked.

Production and dispatch

Estimated lead time begins only after the agreed deposit, artwork, specifications, samples, and other approvals are received. Custom tooling, testing, packaging, holidays, material availability, and order changes may affect the schedule. We will communicate material changes when identified.

Customs and delivery

Unless the written agreement states otherwise, the buyer is responsible for accurate consignee information, import eligibility, licenses, taxes, duties, customs clearance, local delivery requirements, and destination-market restrictions. Risk and title transfer according to the agreed Incoterm or contract.

Inspection

Please inspect cartons and products promptly after delivery and preserve packaging, labels, photos, video, and carrier records if loss or damage is suspected. Claims are handled under the applicable quotation, purchase agreement, and carrier rules.
